Abstract:
This paper introduces a design scheme of ball screw lift. The lift is mainly composed of motor, ball screw, transmission shaft, guide rail and platform. Through the analysis of the kinematic principle of the lift, the parameters such as the power and speed of the motor, the specification of the ball screw, the material and size of the guide rail are determined. At the same time, the safety and stability of the lift are analyzed and optimized, ensuring the safety and stability of the lift. Finally, SolidWorks software is used for three-dimensional modeling and dynamic simulation analysis to verify the feasibility and superiority of the lift design.
